Foreseeson provides in a timely manner Prototype manufacturing Services to EMS customers. Before an EMS customer begins a run in small volume manufacturing or mass volume manufacturing, it is important to verify the design. The Foreseeson Engineering and Prototype manufacturing service team will make sure the design is right for the small volume run or mass production run by manufacturing a small quantity of Prototypes.

The Foreseeson Prototype team will provide the following services:

1. Manufacturing Engineering verification

   a. All parts' spec and foot print comparing BOM

   b. Manufacturability check

2. Suggestions to improve manufacturability

   a. Foreseeson Prototype team will provide suggestions to improve manufacturability and reduce the manufacturing time.

   b. Foreseeson Prototype team will provide suggestions to improve the stability of the design.

   c. Foreseeson Prototype team will provide alternate suggested parts should certain parts not fit the design.

3. Prototype Manufacturing

   a. Foreseeson Prototype team will build the product in a timely manner.

   b. After Engineering verification, Foreseeson normally provides 10 working days Services.

For BGA or uBGA components, Foreseeson provides Free X-Ray Testing services. Foreseeson will send the Picture (jpeg file) to EMS customers together with the Prototype products.
